I'm Tom Chapman, an experienced University professional with over 20 years of experience in UK higher education. I’ve held leadership roles such as Deputy Head of School and Director of Postgraduate Programmes, and have taught across institutions including the University of Southampton, Portsmouth and University of South Wales.

My specialisms include digital marketing, marketing analytics, and services marketing — and I’ve helped thousands of students succeed at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

I create a supportive and respectful learning environment, especially for students working in a second language. While I teach in English, I always ensure explanations are clear, and paced to your understanding.
